Gerlach Supervision Service with oculavis Share

With our Gerlach Supervision Service (GSS), based on the oculavis Share, you will get fast and short-term support all over the world. If you have a question about the settings of our machines or a technical problem, you don’t have to wait for a technician from us, you can solve many challenges yourself and reduce downtime.

• Our standard GSS equipment includes a tablet on which the support app is pre-installed and access to the cloud is configured for you.
• There you will find information about the machines for which you want to use this service. This includes operating instructions, circuit diagrams and installation drawings.
• You can use this app to contact us by e-mail or video call. This can be done either spontaneously or can also be planned as an appointment for a meeting.
• You can use the tablet’s camera to show our technician here in our factory what your question refers to. He can show you on the same screen what you need to do.
• If you prefer, you can use the app on your smartphone or alternatively use your existing smartglasses.
• The GSS is not only offered for new machines resp. vulcanization lines but can also be set up for existing GERLACH Maschinenbau vulcanization machinery.
• The costs for this offer depend on the desired scope of services, which will be determined together with you.
• If you use the GSS in several locations, colleagues of yours can also contact each other and support each other – across continents.
