GERLACH opens office in Albuquerque, NM to better serve the North American market

The new contact for GERLACH in North America is Michael A. Neubauer.

Michael worked 40 years for TROESTER (the well-known German extruder manufacturer) and retired at the end of 2017. During the 40 years he worked 20 years in Germany and 20 years in the US.
He and his wife moved in 2018 from Ohio to New Mexico. After a sabbatical of a year and a half, they both now look forward to starting the new North American office for GERLACH.

GERLACH has already been active in North America with its own U.S. subsidiary. With hiring an experienced market veteran and locating the U.S. office to a more central location in New Mexico, Gerlach is aiming to further improve market penetration and customer service. This step also aims at reinforcing the presence in North America with a spare parts stock in the U.S., capabilities to “Americanize” machines (i.e. AB/Rockwell controls/electronics) as well as building a demonstration/development facility in the coming years.
