Gerlach Maschinenbau/J. L. Rameckers Maschinenfabrik at Metro Marathon Düsseldorf

Last Sunday 4 colleagues from Gerlach Maschinenbau J. L. Rameckers Maschinenfabrik for the first time participated in the Metro Marathon Düsseldorf as a relay Marathon team. They were supported actively from their colleagues on the verge of the running track. Some members started their training but about four weeks ago, so their finishing time of little more than 4 hours for the 42.195 km was more than just honorable. We are extremely proud of them.

It seems as if one tasted blood; some may have infected with the runner’s disease. Probably we see them running again in 2020 and we will see, if they will be a motivation for some more colleagues to join the event.
