Gerlach informs its staff about the upcoming trade show appearance

The World’s No. 1 Trade Fair for Plastics and Rubber, the K show in Dusseldorf, is imminent. All exhibitors are eagerly awaiting the opening of the fair next Wednesday.

Gerlach Maschinenbau GmbH is no different. The machine exhibit has been completed and contains a whole series of spectacular innovations. The exhibition staff already got an introduction of the machine and its advantages.

The employees in the final assembly department have seen the exhibit growing. Other departments didn’t know the result yet and most of them for example didn’t know the patented innovations which are built-in in these machines. They had no idea what we will report to our visitors at the fair and haven’t seen yet what our stand will look like this year.

For this reason, the management had invited the staff to a joint breakfast today in order to present in a relaxed atmosphere the booth design and the unusual features we will use to attract the attention of the visitors to our stand. Then the exhibition machine and its special features were shown.

The response was very good. As one can see on the pictures, the employees showed by a lot of questions that they identify with the company. They were also very interested to learn, how Gerlach Maschinenbau GmbH will set new technological impulses in the industry of continuous hot air vulcanization in the future.
