Gerlach Maschinenbau at the Equiplast 2017

From the 3rd to the 5th October the international trade fairs Expoquemia / Eurosurfas / IN (3D) USTRY / Equiplast were staged in the exhibition halls on the Gran Via of the Fira de Barcelona. Numerous exhibitors from more than 60 countries presented pioneering market developments and innovations e.g. from the elastomer application sector. As a global technology leader for hot-air vulcanization machines, Gerlach Maschinenbau GmbH presented its environmentally-friendly vulcanization machines for the continuous production process of the extruded rubber profile for the very first time in Spain.

Fortunately, there are increasing demands from the southern European countries, reports Gerlach, over the past 40 years numerous Gerlach machines have been delivered to these countries. In particular, we are pleased to hear the positive response from our customers and the stated intentions to replace their old technology with new energy-efficient machine concepts which are more flexible for the customers applications, the General Manager Reimund Plottnik, of the technology leader from Germany reports.
