GERLACH partner IKV at its annual football tournament

We have a strong partnership with the IKV, the Aachen Institute for Plastics Processing. The scientific collaboration with GERLACH has proven to be extremely successful so far, and with the HeatStraD L 200 we have succeeded together in developing and realizing an outstanding product.

In addition, to maintain the relationships of our organizations beyond the purely business aspect, GERLACH Maschinenbau appears as a sponsor for sports activities of the IKV. So, we also supported this year’s IKV football tournament.

As every year, the one-week assistant excursion (AssEx for short) took place this September for all scientific staff members of the IKV. Venue this time was Bad Bergzabern in the beautiful Palatinate. In addition to a wide range of specialist lectures, seminars, company excursions and much more, the traditional IKV football tournament is one of the highlights of the event. This is where the Extrusion, Injection Molding, FAWT and FVK departments compete for the title of champion.
