Heat Tower HT 420
Efficient electric heating for hot air vulcanization systems
The electrically powered Heat Tower HT 420 is a compact, stand-alone heating solution. It can be installed behind virtually any hot air vulcanization channel with a recirculation system, including when converting from gas to electric heating.
It reliably supplies the connected channel with evenly heated air – efficiently, powerfully and precisely controlled.
Inside, high-quality heating elements work together with an integrated fan, whose motorized opening flap enables precise control of the air volume. The modular design allows the heating capacity to be flexibly adapted to the respective system configuration.
With a length of less than 2 meters, a height of 2.1 meters and a depth of around 1 meter, the HT 420 is designed to be particularly space-saving. It is delivered ready for assembly on a stable platform with adjustable feet. A separate control cabinet is included.
