Sie zeichnen sich durch kompakte Bauweise, hohen Sicherheitsstandard und effizientes Flockmanagement aus.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>EPDM-Profile erf\u00fcllen in ihrer Grundausstattung nicht immer alle Kundenanforderungen. Die Profilbeflockung stellt eine gern genutzte Veredelung dar, um die Gleiteigenschaften zu verbessern, Reibung zu minimieren, Abriebfestigkeit zu erh\u00f6hen, einen Reinigungseffekt zu erzielen oder die sichtbaren Gummiprofile optisch aufzuwerten. Dichteigenschaften k\u00f6nnen damit verbessert werden, Vibrationen ged\u00e4mpft und L\u00e4rm absorbiert.<\/p><p>Die Beflockung basiert auf dem Prinzip der elektrostatischen Aufladung des Flocks und der Profiloberfl\u00e4che. Je nach Beflockungsanforderung und Produktionsgeschwindigkeit liefern wir neben der kompakten, automatischen Beflockungsmaschinen mit elektrostatischem B\u00fcrstendosierer, Flockspeicher, Flockreinigung und Flock-Weiterverarbeitung.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Unser Lieferprogramm beinhaltet eine klimatisierte Kabine mit verschiedenen
